CompuSage hardware maintenance service covers your computer equipment in the event of hardware failure. The maintenance contract is taken out annually and covers for example board replacements, hard disk failure or processor failure.
A brief summary of the main areas of the maintenance service are as follows :-
Equipment covered:
Servers, Computers, Printers, Network Hubs, Network Switches, UPS, Routers.
Conditions of Agreement:
Normal Business Hours. 4 Hour response. Normally same day fix.
Period of Contract:
1 Year
